Since we started up our delivery fleet has driven to the moon and back, several times. We’ve seen it all. Seriously. Whether that’s road closures, adverse weather, Acts of God or everything in between we always keep our mission clear: to get your ice to you at the time specified, and in the best possible condition. Now, hand on heart, we’ve not achieved that 100% but 99.99% – and our internal metrics prove that – isn’t far off. As a wise person once said ‘If you strive for perfection, you’ll achieve excellence’.
On those rare occasions where things don’t go by the book, our friendly, professional drivers will always make contact to update their ETA and keep you fully informed.
And because we’ve been in the frozen water trade for over two decades, we’ve got very resilient processes in place to make sure that if the unexpected happens, it won’t impact on your event or drinks service. As far as ice provision goes, we’ve done the hard yards: so you don’t have to.
